User or case credits are assigned when a case is created in RCMS. User credits are the "authors" of the case and can be located on the Case Credits tab of the case. There can be multiple user credits or authors for a case. Locate the case and select the Case Credits tab.


Check out the case and click the [Add] button to add a new case credit.


Click on the new credit section, select an institution from the drop down and a list of user that can be added will be displayed.


Click [Add] located to the right to add that person to the case credits.


If the desired user account is not displayed, that user account needs to have user credits for that case assigned. Verify in the user account that an institution associated with the account. Additional information for User Accounts can be found using this link: Creating a User Account
