Locate the case and access the Case Credits tab. Check out the case.
Users with case credits for the case will be listed under the Section Case Credits. A list of user credits for the case is displayed.
If the user credit is not listed, click on the link Adding User Credits to a Case for detailed instructions on adding a new user to the case credits.
To edit an existing user credit, select the [Edit] button located to the right of the user information.
To remove an existing user credit, there must be at least two user credits for the case before the [Delete] button will be displayed. Add additional user credit if needed and then select [Delete] to remove the unneeded user credit.
The new user credit will be associated with the case and the old user credit will be removed.
