At this time only those with Super Administrator and Product Administrator have access to the Portal Administration and Customization area.  


The available areas are:

  • Sign In - adding a logo and customizing the SSO log in box for the institution
  • Activity - adding a logo and customizing the activity banner for the institution
  • Portal - adding a logo and customizing the portal for the institution

Sign In


The "sign in" tab allows Super Administrators the ability to upload logos for the SSO login screen for the institution.  The background and text colors for the SSO screen login box and sign in button can also be customized.  


 Select the institution portal from the drop down menu.



Use the [Browse] button to select a logo to upload. Use the [Save] button to save the new logo or [Cancel] to return to the prior logo.



Use the Background Color and Text Color pickers to customize the color for the SSO Login box.  As changes are made, they will be reflected in the Preview.  NOTE:  Only Super Administrators have access to edit the SSO Instruction text and the ACR logo customization.


Activity Tab:


The Activity tab allows Super Administrators the ability to upload logos for the activities for their institution. The background and text colors for the activity banner can also be customized.


Select the product from the drop down menu.



Use the [Browse] button to select a logo to upload. Use the [Save] button to save the new logo or [Cancel] to return to the prior logo.



Use the Background Color and Text Color pickers to customize the color for the banner and for the menu bar background and text.  As changes are made, they will be reflected in the Preview.  NOTE: Only Super Administrators have access to edit the ACR logo.



Portal Tab:


The Portal tab allows portal administrators the ability to upload logos for the portal icons for their institution. The background and text colors for the Portal banner, the Menu bar and the Dashboard can also be customized.


Select the institution portal from the drop down menu



Use the [Browse] button to select a logo for the portal and dashboard icons to upload. Use the [Save] button to save the new logo or [Cancel] to return to the prior logo. Logos for the dashboard icons will be in greyscale and semi-transparent when displayed.



Use the Background Color and Text Color pickers to customize the color for the banner, menu bar and dashboard background and text. 

As changes are made, they will be reflected in the Preview.  NOTE: Only Super Administrators have access to edit the ACR logo.
