We make an effort to promote fixes and updates for browser limitations but ultimately all browser limitations are out of our control on when and if the limitation may be fixed.
The following issues have been identified when using the Firefox browser:
- For Case Script Preview, while user is answering questions, Firefox may display "Can't find server" message.
