The demographics pop-up allows a user to update their personal demographics. The demographics pop-up will be presented upon log in for a portal under the following conditions:
- On or after July 1st for the new resident year.
- It is the first time the user is logging into the portal.
- There are no demographics on the user account.
The pop-up will appear until the demographics is updated or the user selects the check box to not display again for this year.
