When I go to view the reports, the report does not display on screen but instead downloads.  This occurs when a plugin is not enable for that browser.

CHROME: To resolve this issue go to chrome://plugins/ and enable "Chrome PDF Viewer".

IE: Tap or click the "Tools button" , and then click "Manage add-ons". Enable a document viewer plugin such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Firefox: Go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ to open the Plugins Manager. Enable a document viewer such as Adobe Acrobat reader.
