Users may receive a "You do not have privileges to view the cases" message under the following conditions:

  1. The user is accessing a portal but the user account does not have the institution for the portal associated with their account. Contact the User Administrator and add the institution for the portal to the user account.

  2. The user is accessing a portal, but does not have a Cortex account and/or the Cortex account is not linked with their ACR account.  Contact the User Administrator to link the accounts or request the Cortex login information to complete the double login process.

  3. The user is accessing a portal, has an Cortex account with the portal institution associated with their account but the Cortex account does not contain a Customer ID (SSO #). Contact the User Administrator to add the SSO to the user account or receive the Cortex login information to complete the double login process.
