The Activity Designer page is easily access from the institution portal by using the Admin link on the top right menu bar. The Admin link is only available when the user account has Faculty permissions.
When the link is selected, you will be directed to the Activity Designer page in a new tab. This area allows you to create, publish activities (groups of cases) for education or assessment, create question sets and track or report progress of the users' activities.
Activities Curriculum
Create New Button
The Activities & Curriculum tab under Activity Designer is divided into two tabs and a button. First we will go over the Create New button, located to the right of the page, as shown above. if you would like to create an activity, click HERE.
Draft Tab
Once an activity is created, it will be placed on the "Drafts" tab. It is there because it has not been assign yet.
There are many buttons that can help you manage your activities. Functions in this tab are:
- Pencil icon - edit the activity definition and options
- PREVIEW button- allows you to preview the activity before publishing
- ANSWER KEY - used when question sets are added to the activity
- The Three dots - by clicking the following options will show:
- Move to Assignaments - allows you to publish the activity to RadExam interface (RadExam only).
- ASSIGN - allows you to publish the activity to "Individuals", a "Portal" or set and "Open" activity.
- CASES - takes you to the case list for the activity to add or remove cases
- COPY - copy an existing activity. The copy will be named the same as the original with "Copy" at the end.
- DELETE - Deletes the activity from the list
- Move to Assignaments - allows you to publish the activity to RadExam interface (RadExam only).
By clicking in the name of the activity, a list of the cases in the activity will come up.
When clicking on the next to the owner's name, a pop up window will show to be able to add a co-owner.

Assignments
Once the activity is schedule to anyone or open, the activity will automatically will move to the Assignment tab. The activity has 3 status that it can sit on in the assignment tab.
- In Progress: This status is set when the activity is currently active today, until it finishes.
- Scheduled: This status is when you have schedule and activity for the future.
- Inactive: Inactive is when an activity has finished being active.
- Overdue: This status is when an activity is in grace period.
In the assignment tab, you are able to filter the activities by statuses or the assignment type of by name, in the search area. The lists can be arrange by Activity Name, Owner, Created date, Template, Question-Set or DICOM type.
